Build confidence in the fitness center with our Fitness Equipment Orientation Class, designed to help residents safely and effectively use gym equipment. Whether you’re new to the gym or just want a refresher, this class provides a guided walkthrough of common machines, proper setup, and general safety tips.
This class is complimentary for residents and is offered quarterly.

PILATES
Every Monday & Tuesday
A full body strengthening workout helping you sculpt, stretch and lean your whole body. Strengthening your “power house” muscles known as your core, lower abdominals, obliques, buttocks, back and your pelvic girdle. This class will challenge you and leave you feeling energized and leaner at the same time! Small weights and your mat will be used. Bring a small towel and water bottle.
