Bring a mat for the Pilates portion, along with a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes.

Perfect for all levels, Slow Vinyasa relaxation and connection with your body while flexibility and strength. Join us to experience a harmonious blend of movement and meditation.
PILATES
Every Tuesday
A full body strengthening workout helping you sculpt, stretch and lean your whole body. Strengthening your “power house” muscles known as your core, lower abdominals, obliques, buttocks, back and your pelvic girdle. This class will challenge you and leave you feeling energized and leaner at the same time! Small weights and your mat will be used. Bring a small towel and water bottle.
